Job Description

  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures and standards to new and existing employees.
  • Support business partner unit in recruitment & selection and employee grievences handling.
  • Track and process employee probational evaluation.
  • Initiave and organize monthly employee activities.
  • Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
  • Administration of mid night transprot and morning taxi charges and utilization rate.
  • Assist in conducting hotel tour to new hires.
  • Developing and administering health and safety programs
  • Administration of accident records
  • Organize hotel CSR activities.  
  • Design, curate and update information on employee notice board periodically.
  • Prepare daily employee communication 1 page newsletter.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of TIMESOFT is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ethic and reliability
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered for an executive job role.
