Assistant Revenue Manager

Job Responsibilities 
  • Assist the Director of Revenue Management in maximizing the overall hotel revenue
  • Ensure yield exemptions are investigated and analysed and new business opportunities are identified
  • Prepare market segment outlook and maintain on a daily basis by monitoring actual results versus forecast for plan achievement
  • Complete and analyse month-end reports
  • Record and analyse all refused, lost, cancelled and waitlisted business for both Guest rooms and Conference & Banquet meeting space
  • Outline risks and opportunities relative to meeting rooms versus Guest room availability to present at weekly meetings
  • Ensure effective information gathering and analysis is conducted in order to identify and maximise on all possible opportunities and minimise any risks
  • Conduct regular and periodic forecasting and budgeting to drive market share and revenue performance


Job Requirements 
  • Diploma/Degree in related discipline
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity in luxury hotels
  • Strong Opera knowledge
  • Good knowledge of Singapore & global business environments
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Well organized, meticulous and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • People-oriented and a strong team player
