Corporate Senior / Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities 
  • Meet and exceed the Room Revenue goals established for the account portfolio through a strategic and aggressive sales solicitation of rooms and meetings business from the Corporate market.  
  • Undertake a systematic and planned schedule of sales calls to qualify the corporate account prospects and leads in the assigned territory or industry.   
  • Actively target and develop corporate meetings and long-term stays.   
  • Understands and administers the specifics of client contracts.
  • Conducts quarterly client reviews with key accounts.
  • Identifies opportunities and facilitates development of other revenue generating potential.
  • Conducts hotel site inspections of clients and prospects as and when the need arises, which may take place after duty hours or during the weekends.
  • Effectively manage the Sales Account Management system in order to optimize and exceed the Sales goals and accountabilities established for the position, and at the same time, track and review performance of each account.
  • Contribute to the overall growth of hotel through enhancement programs and services by keeping abreast of market trends, and the attainment of predetermined financial and productivity goals

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar industry.
  • Excellent Communication skills- both verbal and written required.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Aptitude in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Delphi.
